4. Program Overview

      (1) Educational Objectives

      The program adheres to the principles of fostering virtue, integrating legal and disciplinary expertise, and adapting to the needs of building a socialist rule-of-law system with Chinese characteristics and enforcing strict Party discipline. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with solid legal and disciplinary inspection foundations, proficient practical skills, and a well-structured knowledge system. Graduates will be equipped to engage in administrative law enforcement, judicial justice, disciplinary supervision, and high-quality legal services, contributing to the modernization of national governance.

      Specific Objectives: Cultivate patriotism, mastery of socialist theory, and correct values. Master legal and disciplinary inspection theories, keep pace with forefront of professional development,and develop a complete knowledge system of Party regulations and laws. Integrate theory with practice, possessing basic skills for disciplinary inspection practice and comprehensive legal abilities. Develop moral integrity, professional identity, and a sense of responsibility for building a rule-of-law society. Possess physical and mental health, interdisciplinary knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

      (2) Program Features and Advantages

      Emerging Field: The program aligns with national strategies to advance disciplinary inspection work, offering broad development prospects.

      Interdisciplinary Approach: Combines law, political science, and management, with courses in disciplinary inspection laws, administrative supervision, network and data security law, and electronic evidence law.

      Practical Focus: Emphasizes hands-on skills such as case investigation and legal supervision, supported by partnerships with over 50 institutions including provincial courts, disciplinary inspection commissions, and enterprises (e.g., Hubei Provincial High People's Court, Huawei Wuhan) for internships and practical training.

      National Recognition: The Law program is designated as a national-level first-class undergraduate program (2022), supported by a comprehensive talent training system spanning undergraduate to postgraduate education.

      Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Chinese Legal History, Legal Professional Ethics, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, Economic Law, International Law, Intellectual Property Law, Discipline Inspection and Supervision Law, Introduction to Discipline Inspection and Supervision Studies, Network and Data Security Law, Electronic Evidence Law, Civil Service Law, Legal Writing.

6. Faculty Team

      The program has 37 full-time teachers, including 6 professors and 14 associate professors. Among them, 27 hold doctoral degrees, with 7 having overseas study experience and 3 holding international PhDs. Faculty members include 2 council members of the Chinese Criminal Law Society and 5 council members of the Hubei Law Society, with expertise in digital disciplinary inspection.

      Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commissions: Roles in investigating and addressing violations of Party discipline and state laws.

      Other Administrative Agencies: Positions as judges, prosecutors, or civil servants in legislative, judicial, and public security organ.

      (2) Enterprises and Institutions

      State-Owned Enterprises: Roles as disciplinary inspection officers, auditors, or risk management specialists to prevent corruption.

      Private Enterprises: Compliance and internal supervision positions in large private companies.

      Public Institutions: Disciplinary inspection roles in schools, hospitals, and research institutes.

      (3) Legal Service Organizations

      Law Firms: Legal advisory and litigation services related to disciplinary inspection and anti-corruption.
