彭甲超,男,中共党员,湖北丹江口人,副教授,应用经济学博士,工商管理学博士后,湖北省楚天英才计划楚天学者,澳大利亚麦考瑞大学科学与工程学院访问学者,荣获全国服务业科技创新人物奖(2025)。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家统计局项目、优秀博士论文创新基金项目(中央高校基金)、湖北省软科学项目、湖北省社科基金项目、湖北省教育厅哲学社会科学研究一般项目和重点项目、武汉市曙光计划青年人才项目等纵向项目10余项。目前在SSCI、SCI、CSSCI、EI等高水平中英文期刊发表论文80余篇,在人民出版社、中国财政经济出版社以及中国社会科学出版社等出版中英文著作9部,研究成果获宁夏哲学社会科学优秀成果(论文类)一等奖、全国商业科技进步三等奖。担任《中国可持续发展评论》执行副主编,《生态学杂志》第十一届编委会委员;担任JCR 1区Total Quality Management & Business Excellence (SSCI, ABS, FMS, ABDC) 期刊副主编,Energy Exploration & Exploitation (SCI, EI) 期刊副主编,JCR 1区、中科院3区Cogent Economics & Finance (ESCI, ABS, ABDC) 期刊领域主编;担任JCR 1区、中科院1区Humanities & Social Sciences Communications (SSCI) 编委,JCR 1区、中科院3区Journal of Environment & Development (SSCI) 编委,Communications Sustainability 创刊编委以及高水平SCI、EI期刊编委。获评2024年、2025年全国高影响力学者、应用经济学高被引学者Top 1%,ScholarGPS全球近五年0.5% Top Scholar。
【Dr. Jiachao Peng, Associate Professor, holds a PhD in Applied Economics and postdoctoral experience in Business Administration. He is a Distinguished Scholar under the Chu-Tian Talents Program of Hubei Province, and a visiting scholar at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Macquarie University, Australia. He has been honored with the China Service Industry Technology Innovation Award. He has presided over more than 10 vertical research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, projects funded by the National Bureau of Statistics, the Innovative Research Fund for Excellent Doctoral Dissertations (funded by Central Universities), the Soft Science Research Project of Hubei Provincial Special Fund for Technological Innovation Talents and Services, projects of the Hubei Provincial Social Science Foundation, general and key projects of philosophical and social science research funded by the Department of Education of Hubei Province, and the Shuguang Program for Young Talents of Wuhan City. He has published more than 80 academic papers in high-level Chinese and English journals indexed by SSCI, SCI, CSSCI and EI, and authored 9 monographs in both Chinese and English, which have been published by renowned presses such as People's Publishing House, China Financial and Economic Publishing House, and China Social Sciences Press. His research achievements have won the First Prize of Ningxia Excellent Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences (Paper Category) and the Third Prize of National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Award. He currently serves as the Executive Associate Editor-in-Chief of China Sustainable Development Review and a member of the 11th Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Ecology. He holds the position of Associate Editor-in-Chief of Total Quality Management & Business Excellence (JCR Q1, SSCI, ABS, FMS, ABDC) and Energy Exploration & Exploitation (SCI, EI), as well as the Field Editor of Cogent Economics & Finance (JCR Q1, CAS Q3, ESCI, ABS, ABDC). Additionally, he acts as a member of the Editorial Board of Humanities & Social Sciences Communications (JCR Q1, CAS Q1, SSCI) and Journal of Environment & Development (JCR Q1, CAS Q3, SSCI), a founding member of the Editorial Board of Communications Sustainability, and a member of the Editorial Boards of other high-level SCI and EI indexed journals. He was recognized as a National Highly Cited Scholar in 2024 and 2025, ranked among the Top 1% Highly Cited Scholars in Applied Economics, and listed as a Top 0.5% Scholar Worldwide in the past five years by ScholarGPS.】
